Execution of the orders

Complaints

With the reception of the goods, the customer must immediately check their state and their conformity compared to the contract. All complaints relative to a defect of the delivered goods, an inaccuracy in the quantities or an erroneous reference compared to the order confirmed by SA Larzac Méridienne, must be formulated in writing within four days upon reception of the goods, in the absence of wich the right to the complaint will cease being valid. Any return of goods requires prior agreement of SA Larzac Méridienne. In the absence of agreement, any returned goods will be held at the disposal of the customer to his expenses, risks and dangers, all handling, storage, transport charges being to the expense of the customer. Right of Retraction

Jurisdiction and litigations

Contractual information is presented in French language and the products offered for sale are in conformity with the French regulation. If necessary, it rests to the foreign customer to check near the local authorities the potential use of the product that he plans to order. All the disagreements relating to the formation, the execution and the suspension of the contractual obligations between the parts not being able to give place to an friendly settlement will be subjected to the jurisdiction of the Commercial court or another court of jurisdiction of SA Larzac Méridienne, in the area where the head office of SA Larzac Méridienne is.
